To open an account with qq7, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Your name, date of birth, and phone number must all be verifiable. qq7 reserves the right to close any account registered with false information at any time, and in such cases, the balance may not be refunded.

Each person may register only one account. Opening multiple accounts, creating a second account under a family member's name, or using someone else's account are all violations of qq7's rules and may result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.

• Never share your account password or login details with anyone.
• If someone else accesses your account, notify support immediately.
• Keep the phone number and email address used during registration active.
• Completing the KYC process is required to change your name or date of birth.

You must be at least 18 years old to join qq7. This is not a recommendation — it is a condition of the international gaming licence, and qq7 makes no exceptions.

At the time of withdrawal or at any stage, qq7 may request your NID, passport, or birth certificate to verify your age. Failure to submit the required documents may result in your withdrawal being held.
